Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate employment applications to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Conduct timely screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
• Match applicants' skills, knowledge, and experience with job requirements to ensure the best fit.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to streamline the hiring process.
• Represent the organization at job fairs to attract top talent and build connections.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Promote the company as an attractive and rewarding place to work.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to current employment legislation within the organization.
• Prepare and deliver recruitment reports as needed.
• Provide backup support to HR team members and handle additional duties as required.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to represent the organization professionally at job fairs.
