We are seeking an attentive and friendly
Room Service Server
for Swampers Bar & Grille. You'll be responsible for delivering delicious meals to guests, ensuring their in-room dining experience is seamless, and going the extra mile to make them feel at home. With a focus on customer service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, you’ll play a key role in providing our guests with the exceptional experience they expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the Heart of Hospitality:
Take food and beverage orders from in-house guests through room service calls or requests. Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure orders are prepared according to guest specifications Embrace Team Spirit:
Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall guest experience. Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service area and equipment. Be a Team Player:
