*We are seeking talented, experienced, diverse, and culturally competent mental health clinicians to join our growing virtual group practice!
*Clinicians who are a great match will be able to: maintain the required caseload of clients per week, provide high quality clinical services via virtual platforms, complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, display problem solving skills, foster effective communication, and complete other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
: A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work At least one year of clinical experience. Must have an active license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC). Able to practice in an evidence based and culturally competent therapeutic style. Experience with diverse populations, and clients across the lifespan. Ability to write clinically concise client records, reports, and professional correspondence. Familiarity with electronic medical/health records preferred The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is important Bilingual fluency is a plus!!
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
: Maintain a caseload of 13 clients per week (part time) Commit to consistent weekly availability. Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs Conduct individual, couples, and/or family, psychotherapy with clients across the lifespan. Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans and progress notes up to clinical standards, and in a timely manner. Complete clinical sessions through evidence based and culturally competent practices (understanding the person within their environment). Attend supervision and staff meetings as scheduled Adhere to regulations and policies Collaborate with practice staff, external professionals, and collaterals to enhance client care and outcomes. Maintain active licensure.

Work Environment: This is a fully remote position - You are required to have a private workspace, secure computer/laptop with a working camera, and a secure internet connection to complete virtual appointments, client phone calls, clinical documentation, and work related meetings. Though the environment is virtual, we do encourage collaboration with team members Must remain in the state of Massachusetts while conducting telehealth sessions
