Senior Developer Ruby on Rails

Job Description
Designs and implements features for FederalRegister.gov and eCFR.gov using Ruby on Rails.
Develops high-quality, maintainable code while performing code reviews and optimizing application performance.
Implements security best practices, ensures Section 508 compliance, and mentors mid-level developers.
Takes ownership of complex features from requirements through deployment.
Implements enhancements for public-facing APIs and metadata access improvements.
Contributes to layout and theme updates for user accessibility and interface consistency.
Leads refactoring of legacy modules to improve performance, maintainability, and security compliance.
