MTK Technologies Experience : 10+ years with SAP VIM (7.5+ or 20.x) and at least two full lifecycle implementations
SAP Modules : Strong practical knowledge of FI‑AP, MM (PO, GR, SES), integration techniques (IDoc/EDI, Ariba) OpenText Components : ICC/BCC capture tools, Enterprise Scanner, Archive Center, Business Center Technical : ABAP skills, workflow administration and debugging, Fiori UI, functional spec documentation Methodologies : Agile/Scrum environment; strong communication skills; ability to mentor or lead junior consultants Certifications : SAP FI/MM, VIM, OpenText; ITIL Foundation is a plus Environment Exposure : Experience with both on-premise and cloud VIM deployments, including migrations to OpenText cloud Responsibilities Solution Design & Configuration Lead client workshops to elicit business requirements; translate into solution designs, configure VIM (document types, workflows, roles, exceptions), and customize as needed Manage full-cycle VIM implementations (design, build, configure, test, deploy, support) for SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments Integrated Workflow & OCR Setup Integrate with SAP MM/FI and OCR tools (ICC/BCC, Enterprise Scanner), manage invoice capture, rejection, exception handling and approval workflows Custom Enhancements & Reporting Develop custom business rules, workflows, reports (dashboards, analytics), perform ABAP coding for advanced enhancements Testing, Training & Support Conduct unit, integration, user acceptance testing; document functional/technical specs; provide user training and post‑go‑live support Troubleshoot production issues (workflow logs, agent determination, OCR mismatches); perform root-cause analysis and swift resolution Bonus/Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with extended ECM (xECM), IC4S/ICC, IES modules Previous work in S/4HANA environments and use of Fiori/SAPUI5 apps Seniority level
