Job Title: SAP Business Analyst – Finance (S/4HANA)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst – Finance to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience migrating and configuring financial applications (AP, AR, GL, AA, TM, CO) to S/4HANA, and will work closely with finance teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP FICO modules (AP, AR, GL, AA, TM, CO) to align with business requirements.
- Lead financial systems migration to SAP S/4HANA.
- Act as a liaison among business, technical, audit, and compliance teams.
- Develop functional/technical specs, test plans, and training materials.
- Support end-user training and resolve FI/CO-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors).
- Ensure compliance and support ongoing system upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years as an SAP FICO Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Experience with RICEFW development, documentation, and testing.
