SGEU.10 The Child and Family Programs Division of the Ministry of Social Services requires a highly motivated, innovative and skilled Subject Matter Expert to provide testing support for the Linkin Enterprise Case Management and Payment system and EBMP project, including the associated data collection and financial reporting. The position will be a 6-month term, reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and Business Intelligence. Responsibilities: Reviewing business requirements, developing test plans, creating data scenarios, data entry, documenting test requirements, designing and completing functional testing to the system and logging defects. Develop and document standards and procedures that must be followed by the project team, caseworkers, admin services workers, financial services staff and external partners to ensure a sustained support approach. Responsibility includes developing end user training and guides to provide information on functionality and usability of the system. Collaborating with cross-divisional staff to ensure the accuracy of the data collected within the Linkin system and eORS that is used in reports and data extracts to support effective program analysis in assessing strategic priorities and reporting on outcomes. The position may be required to perform SQL scripts creation, modification and execution. Qualifications: The successful candidates will have knowledge and experience with CFP case management practices within the Linkin system. You will have knowledge of CFP policies, including authority for payments and business processes for CFP, Finance and Corporate Services. Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and IBM COGNOS reporting would be considered an asset. You will have significant experience using the Linkin system, working with standard office technology (Specifically Word, Excel and SharePoint) and communication tools, screen capture tools. You will need to be a quick learner with new technology. You will have strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with an enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams. You will be required to deliver information in various presentation styles and formats to both small and large groups of individuals using different methods.
