We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Five Points, MN. This school-based role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and maintain detailed records.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students Pre-K through 12th grade.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minnesota state SLP license (or eligibility).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
  
  

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to individual student needs.
• Proficiency with technology for documentation and teletherapy (if applicable).
