Premier Ag Agronomy Internship Objectives
Attract top talent to Premier Ag Assess Intern's potential to be a future Premier Ag employee throughout the 12-week period. Provide challenging, professional, Intern skill development Identify a Summer Project interest if applicable. A Premier Ag Internship is not intended to secure temporary labor, its full intent is to provide a top education experience with skill development to college recruits with the expectation that the intern will develop a desire to work for Premier Ag in the future if they meet Premier Ag employment standards. Agronomy Intern Job Accountabilities
- Field Scouting (observations) FieldAlytics software R7 tool - Diagnostics & technical
Intern agronomy training Soil Sampling Tissue Sampling - Account Manager and sales support
Scouting Delivery - Aerial application operational support
Mapping Delivery - TRAX support
Premier Ag Sustain Software Mapping CropLink - Corporate support
Field Days Field signage Meeting set-up and breakdown Transport of samples as required Other as needed - Sales Project if assigned

Requirements
Intern Responsibilities
Share learning interests or special project interests to manager. Provide feedback to manager for Mid-Summer Evaluation Send weekly email updates to the manager. Complete or hand off any projects by August 1st Any project presentations should be about what they learned in conducting, researching, and implementing their project. Manager Responsibilities
Mentor and develop talent over summer. Conduct frequent touchpoints through the week Proactive Communication Establish intern project (if applicable) by March 1st. Conduct mid-summer evaluation Conduct final evaluation after project presentation.
The Premier Ag Agronomy Interns will report directly to Emily Welch, Account Manager/Intern Program Manager
