SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Application Support Specialist.
Educational Requirement: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelors degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Job Responsibilities: Optimize SQL Server queries and improved report execution times through performance tuning and multi-threaded query handling. Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related incidents raised by clients, resolving issues promptly and within defined SLAs. Facilitate client onboarding onto the Strada platform by analyzing requirements, configuring environments, and ensuring data readiness. Coordinate monthly production releases and patch deployments, managing pre-release testing, version control coordination, and deployment pipelines. Configure Azure Cloud resources including application settings and key vault variables, ensuring secure and reliable API integrations. Maintain technical documentation for all release cycles, and coordinate communication with QA, development, and operations teams. Utilize monitoring tools and logs to diagnose system-level issues and proactively identify potential disruptions in HR workflows. Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, implement knowledge base updates and process improvements to prevent recurrence.
