Program Components: Scholarship:
Scholars will receive $20,000 ($10,000 will be disbursed at the beginning of your junior year and $10,000 will be disbursed at the beginning of your senior year). Internship:
Scholars are guaranteed a 10-week paid summer internship opportunity. Professional Development:
Scholars will be provided with a structured engagement strategy that includes skills and career-readiness training and telecommunications industry education. Mentorship:
Scholars will be assigned a Spectrum employee mentor to provide guidance throughout the program. Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must: Be a rising college junior graduating May 2027 - August 2027 pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Demonstrate financial need. Explore summer internship opportunities with Spectrum. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to participate and successfully complete all program-related activities. Reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office in Stamford, CT, Charlotte, NC, St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, Austin, TX.
