SVP, Head of Product (Bilt Technologies, Inc., New York, NY): Leading the product development for our company's software, including feature conception, technical solutions, software development, launch co-ordination and acceptance testing, while employing a user-centric mindset with the goal of producing products that prioritize the user experience while achieving the company's business and strategy goals; Managing digital product roadmaps, including defining timelines and deliverables, in collaboration with company leadership, product designers, and the engineering team from conception to launch; Collaborating with adjacent teams to build and drive change for key issues surrounding product design, while managing the digital (i.e., mobile and web) platform experience for the company's product; Conducting product and market research to ascertain user profiles and methods of access, along with competitor trends and new developments in the market, in order to aid in the development of the product over a design concept's numerous lifetimes; Overseeing the launch of new product features and capabilities for our product's mobile and web platforms by gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing the design process using Figma, scoping and prioritizing the engineering work, and tracking the overall progress of the project(s) using Kira and/or Git; Overseeing the staff responsible for product design as well as being responsible for the expansion and growth of the Product team through recruiting, professional development, and training in order to ensure proper functionality and productivity; Reporting in a routine manner to the company's leadership team regarding the progress of any and all new design concepts as well as serving to contribute to the overall organizational strategy with the leadership team. Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Ability to produce high-quality user experience designs, proficient in Figma and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart; Ability to effectively prioritize a product roadmap based on business needs, customer needs, and technical feasibility; Ability to organize and assign tasks to a technical team using tools such as Jira and/or Linear; Experience making strategic decisions about a company's product offerings; Experience leveraging data to make informed product decisions, using data analytics platforms such as Looker; Ability to write analytical queries using SQL; Experience managing a team of product managers and product designers. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, and at least six years of occupational experience as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Head of Product, or similar occupation.
