Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Paraeducator at Marina Middle School located in San Francisco, CA. The Paraeducator will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans, providing support to students with special needs, assisting with behavior management, and working collaboratively with teachers and staff. Qualifications Communication and Interpersonal Skills Experience or interest in Behavior Management and Working With Children Knowledge of or interest in Special Education practices and procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs Previous experience in a school or educational setting is a plus Associate's degree in Special Education or related field Seniority level
