Due to family relocation of a GP, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly regarded team. 6 sessions a week, preferably Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, but flexible for the right candidate. Will consider 4 or 5 sessions a week. Start as soon as available. Based in the heart of the Test Valley, our GP’s typical commute to work is less than 25 minutes from the Andover villages, Winchester, and Salisbury. Team:
7 partners, 3 salaried GP, 1 GP retainer, 1 ANP, 4 nurses, 1 HCA and a committed reception and administration team. Currently recruiting for additional ANP to assist with duty. Recently extended and modernised premises, with EV charging available. Branch dispensing surgery in Enham Alamein. Social and supportive environment with daily coffee breaks in a dedicated space. Personal list system so you get to know your patients. Low number of home visits, no out-of-hours commitments. Medical secretary support – low levels of Docman, task-based new referral system (minimal admin). Active and collaborative PCN. Paramedic, mental health team, first contact physios and clinical pharmacists and technicians – all on site. 15,400 patients, with increasing list (3% pa). CQC Good. Strong relationships with ICB and Mid Hampshire Healthcare (GP Federation). Six weeks leave plus one week study leave pro rata. Capped list size. Supportive environment with GP retainers and GP trainers. If within two years of CCT, employment may initially be under the ARRS scheme.
