UiPath is seeking a highly strategic and experienced
Strategic Field Director . In this role, you will drive the execution of key initiatives across the Americas organization, supporting the VP in developing strategies, overseeing field teams, and ensuring alignment across departments. This role requires a strong understanding of
automation ,
AI ,
product strategy , and
sales strategy , coupled with the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage operational efficiencies and drive scale. As a trusted partner to the VP, you will play a crucial role in aligning the
field strategy
with UiPath’s overarching goals, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic priorities. This position focuses on internal strategy, cross-departmental coordination, and providing high-level operational support. What you'll do at UiPath
Strategic Partner to VP, Sales Engineering: Serve as the
right hand
to the VP of Sales Engineering, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with UiPath’s corporate goals. Act as a
liaison
between the VP and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success), ensuring cohesive communication and effective decision-making across the organization. Design and build short-term and long-term strategies as UiPath continues to evolve its
GTM motion . Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for field teams, ensuring that
automation solutions
are integrated into customer success strategies and sector-wide initiatives. Monitor and report on the
progress of strategic initiatives , providing the VP with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
Sales ,
Sales Engineering ,
Marketing ,
Product , and
Customer Success
teams to ensure that our sales strategies are effectively scaled and integrated across the entire GTM team. Lead and manage
cross-functional projects , ensuring that all internal teams are aligned and working towards common objectives set by the VP. Operational Support & Efficiency: Support the VP in
resource allocation , making sure that teams have the necessary tools, knowledge, and assets to achieve their goals. Assist in
tracking key performance metrics , providing insights that drive the refinement of strategies and the optimization of operations. Ensure that all teams are working efficiently by refining internal processes, streamlining communication, and driving
continuous improvement
initiatives. Product Strategy & Development: Use a
use case-driven approach
to identify key automation opportunities across every industry, contributing to product innovation and development. Collaborate with
Product
and
Solution Development
teams to advocate for new automation features and improvements that align with sector needs. Provide feedback to sales, product, and solution teams based on industry insights, helping UiPath continuously evolve its offerings. What you'll bring to the team
Experience: Proven experience in a senior strategic role, with an emphasis on
automation
and
AI solutions . Demonstrated success in
cross-functional collaboration , driving strategic initiatives, and leading teams. Familiarity with
product strategy ,
automation use case development , and managing
operational excellence
through technology. Skills: Strong leadership and
strategic thinking
abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Proven expertise in driving
operational efficiency
and managing internal processes. Other Requirements: Infrequent travel; focus is on internal alignment and supporting the VP in strategic decision-making. Experience working with
automation ,
AI , and
process excellence
teams is highly desired.
