In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies with volume targets, manage daily account activity, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer growth. You will ensure customer-specific strategies are executed by monitoring KPIs and course correcting based on results, while actively maintaining a pipeline of new opportunities. You will lead issue resolution and continuously analyze sales reports to identify ways to improve volume and margin. This is a great opportunity to influence the market, solve problems, and build lasting customer partnerships.Who you are:A relationship-driven sales professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.An experienced account manager with 4-6 years in food sales, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector.Detail-oriented and skilled at monitoring KPIs, forecasting, and identifying actionable sales insights.A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.What you'll do:Ensure customer specific strategies are being executed by monitoring KPI's and course correcting based on results.Actively maintain a pipeline of new opportunities with existing accounts.Issue resolution and communication to internal and external customers on any large scale service level challenges.Responsible for reviewing sales reports and identifying areas to improve in both volume and margin.Application Note:Clemens Food Group is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search or staffing firms.
