Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr POSITION OVERVIEW Based in our Greenwich Office , The Client Service Associate will support a team of senior advisors working with new and existing clients. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and experience in the financial services industry. Responsibilities include: Client Relationships: Work with senior advisors, trading and operations to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing account support. Answer phones, and route client requests appropriately. Respond to client questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures. Data Management Assist the team with all non-sales related functions (clerical/administrative work). Maintain client communication in the contact management system. Process client paperwork (including communicating directly with clients to obtain all information needed). Review daily activity and reconcile current client activity, fund transfers and previous day’s activity to ensure accuracy.
