Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management Administrator position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Remote for a duration of 4 months with a potential extension. The SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management Administrator is responsible for designing, creating, and managing complex compensation plans within the platform, including setting up rules, quotas, territories, rates, running calculations, reviewing results, creating dashboards, distributing plan documents, and monitoring overall incentive payouts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations while providing access and managing user permissions within the system. Key responsibilities include: Plan Design and Configuration: Building incentive compensation plans based on business objectives, including sales targets, performance metrics, and payout structures. Defining complex calculation rules and formulas for incentive payouts. Calculation and Reporting: Generating reports and dashboards to analyze sales performance and incentive effectiveness. Identifying potential issues and discrepancies in calculations. User Administration: Managing user access and security roles within the Incentive Management system. Assigning appropriate permissions to users based on their roles and responsibilities. Compliance and Audit: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to incentive compensation. Maintaining audit trails and documentation to support compliance.
