Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities, maximizing revenue and exceeding lead generation goals. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts, including Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureaus, and intermediaries. Create and implement business strategies based on market trends to meet sales targets. Represent the hotel at industry events and conduct site inspections tailored to customer needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to hotel policies. Qualifications
Minimum of two years of hotel group sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of hotel sales processes with a proactive, collaborative approach. Ability to speak directly with decision-makers and demonstrate critical thinking. Passion for sales and meeting targets. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Delphi.fdc/Salesforce. Experience with Hilton processes and programs. Background in large markets, especially in the Northeast or big box environments. Additional Information
