Endeavor Entrepreneurs, network members, and staff across the U.S. and globally. As part of the Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team, you will collaborate on searching, selecting, and servicing high-potential entrepreneurs in the Great Lakes region. Responsibilities include research, analysis, running mentor meetings and panels, connecting founders to resources, developing profiles and reports, selecting companies, and providing top-tier services. You will build trust with entrepreneurs, diagnose needs, and leverage the global Endeavor network. Job Responsibilities: Entrepreneur Search & Selection:

Identify top companies and founders through referrals, research, networking, and community events. Lead outreach strategies, analyze business metrics, prepare reports, and coordinate selection panels. Ensure high-quality company selection into the Endeavor network. Set yearly servicing plans and manage ongoing relationships to meet entrepreneurs’ needs and promote Endeavor’s offerings. Chicago Expansion Strategy:

Act as an ambassador, build regional relationships, and organize events to enhance Endeavor’s visibility in Chicago and the Great Lakes. Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in strategic initiatives, represent the office locally and globally, develop initiatives, manage events, CRM data, share best practices, and handle office responsibilities. Skills and Abilities: 7+ years’ experience in business, consulting, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or finance. Passion for entrepreneurship and venture capital. Exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for ecosystem development. Understanding of finance, business models, and evaluation of entrepreneurs and companies. Strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Availability for events and light travel. Familiarity with project management tools (Notion) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) is a plus. Who You Are: Believe in the power of high-growth entrepreneurs to change the world.
