Job Description
Adelphi is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services at an Educational Institution in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidates will collaborate with school staff to deliver therapy services to students while ensuring adherence to educational guidelines, individualized education plans (IEPs), and professional standards of practice.

Requirements: • Active NC Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) license (Must be in good standing) • Valid driver's license • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing speech therapy services (preferred) • Experience working with children in educational settings is a plus • Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation
Responsibilities: • Deliver in-person and/or virtual speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school policies • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including standardized and informal assessments, clinical observations, and team consultations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs • Provide consultative support to teachers, parents, and school professionals to integrate communication strategies into the learning environment • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss therapy recommendations, student progress, and intervention plans • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluation findings • Support students with communication devices and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems • Travel between multiple school sites as needed (travel time is counted towards total work hours) • Perform additional speech-language therapy-related duties as required by school administration
