Overview

As a Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world-class service to our valued consumers every day. Your responsibilities include educating consumers about our products, supporting in-store promotions and events, and assisting the store team in achieving company goals. This role offers growth potential alongside industry-leading teammates and partners.

What You'll Do

1. Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our V.I.B.E.S service model.
2. Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
3. Assist in various store departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock management.
4. Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales performance.
6. Adhere to HEYDUDE Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Must be 16 years or older.
2. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
3. Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Ability to move and arrange merchandise, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds, and stand for long periods.
5. Ability to read and input information on computers and registers.
