The Accountability team is a dedicated unit responsible for managing productivity commitments and creating and implementing methodologies to measure and track value delivery for the full roster of Agency clients. We partner with Comfluence's investment and planning teams to assess and execute strategies that achieve the partnership's key performance objectives.
Together across the larger global Omnicom Media Group organization, we play a vital role in quantifying and tracking media performance, defining new ways of measuring value, and providing industry-leading investment guidance.
Your Role
The Associate Director will support the Accountability team (Director, Managers) across all areas of the practice. They will be responsible for day-to-day management of junior team members, providing support and guidance in support of all reporting deliverables and analyses across all media channels. The qualified candidate must be a flexible self-starter with strong analytical skills and excellent ability to convey numerical information in a clear and concise manner to senior internal and external stakeholders.
They will interact with all levels of management within Comfluence across investment & planning teams to assess media requirements and drive savings strategies that deliver desired and contractual media performance objectives. This role is a key leader in guiding teams and implementing tactics, tracking and reporting for agency and our savings client.
They will directly support agency client in regular + ad hoc projects and reporting related to media pricing/savings and commitment delivery. This role will need to coordinate and manage communications between client and agency teams.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 7+ years working within the media landscape, preferably within media buying, consulting/benchmarking or procurement, finance or media planning. Experience with managing savings targets within an agency team or with a 3rdparty auditor/consultant a strong preference
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables across numerous clients, demonstrating excellent project management from start to finish
- Demonstrated success establishing communications and reporting templates and setting and meeting deliverable dates
- Experience managing 1-2 direct reports and proven ability to educate & manage team on established processes & workstreams
- Strong understanding and interest in media measurement metrics, KPIs and market pricing dynamics across all media
- Strong knowledge of and skill using Excel; familiarity with and/or able to develop reports and recaps of multiple data streams; interest in and comfort working with large sets of data quickly and accurately
- Must display strong client relationship management skills and demonstrate the ability to present in many forums and across all levels within a large organization
- Excellent attention to detail & well established organizational and analytical skills
- Good listener with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to convey ideas and decisions in a concise and appropriate manner and explain complicated concepts with clarity
- Manage processes, design reporting templates and be the expert on deliverables, targets, methodology, value optimization and delivery
- Liaise with Procurement clients, consultants, and 3rd party auditors on materials, status reports, timelines and reporting
- Act as main point of contact/support to global team, including managing meetings, cost requirements, spreadsheets and cost profiles, as majority of clients have global-reaching commitments
- Become an expert across all channels relating to Accountability methodology and savings metrics. Full understanding of trading dynamics across all paid media and OMG solutions
- Collect data, resolve discrepancies, and perform analyses to evaluate performance against goal
- Proactive in the development of presentations to senior marketing and procurement clients as well as meetings with Comfluence's senior global trading community
- Support full Accountability team on ad hoc projects and those requiring immediate attention; support Director to refine and craft media KPIs for clients and manage their delivery
- New business pitch support including investment-related RFP questions and pricing exercises
- You will be viewed as a technical expert, showing mastery of methodologies, improvement of processes and leadership within the team
- You will be part of a unique team within Comfluence and will have exposure across all channels/clients, working with key agency network stakeholders on a daily basis

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$70,000-$125,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
