On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for a 9-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client's Lone Tree, Colorado office.
Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description: Advisor Services Digital Solutions within Advisor Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the requirements gathering process for a new strategic initiative. This role focuses on developing solutions to support the varied and complex business models within the Advisor Services Enterprise segment, aiming to establish a robust infrastructure to deliver insights and intelligence.
Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities: •Immerse yourself within the dynamics of the Enterprise segment to become an expert on the AS Enterprise Segment and their different business models. •Interview business stakeholders to understand current state processes and define and document business requirements for the target state. •Transform business requirements into deliverable stories for technology partners. •Lead the requirements gathering process with key business partners including Risk, Sales, Service, Strategy, and Technology.
Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills: •Bachelor's degree required •6-10 years overall experience •Preferably 3-5 years in financial services •Ability to analyze data and information and apply problem-solving skills to deliver recommendations and drive results •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Experience in matrixed or corporate environments
Business Analyst - Senior - Nice-to-Have Skills: •Knowledge of the Advisor Services Enterprise segment •Experience with strategic initiatives in financial services •Familiarity with custodial, trading, and banking services •Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment •Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Business Analyst - Senior - Assignment Length: The assignment is for 9 months, with the possibility of extension through 2026.
