The company is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Associate / Vice President / Director to join its Investment team. This individual will play a key leadership role in driving strategic investments, executing complex transactions, and scaling the company’s C&I portfolio across the U.S. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of M&A or project finance, renewable energy markets, and transaction execution. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of project and portfolio acquisitions, including self-developed assets, late-stage development projects, and operating assets. • Drive transaction strategy and oversight from end-to-end, including financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and risk assessment. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, investors, advisors, utilities, and counterparties, while sourcing new strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities. • Negotiate complex transaction documents, including term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, tax equity structures, power purchase agreements (PPAs), lease agreements, and interconnection contracts. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, accounting, and operations teams to ensure successful development, execution, and integration of projects. • Advise senior management on investment strategy, market trends, and portfolio optimization, bringing a forward-thinking and data-driven approach. • Lead or support regulatory strategy, including navigating incentive programs and compliance requirements across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • 5–12 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, investment banking, private equity, or project finance, depending on level. • Proven track record of leading complex transactions and deploying capital in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills. • Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives. • Deep knowledge of U.S. solar policy, incentive structures, and energy markets is a strong plus. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
