Join to apply for the Brand Manager - Cottonelle role at Kimberly-Clark The Brand Manager is a skilled marketer responsible for driving business planning and marketing execution for the North America Cottonelle brand. You will focus on achieving sustainable growth through consumer insights, brand positioning, innovation, and marketing plans that enhance sales, profit, share, and brand equity. This role involves providing leadership to Associate Brand Managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including R&E, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and Sales. It reports to the Senior Brand Manager and is based at Kimberly-Clark’s Chicago Commercial Center. In This Role, You Will Understand all levers of the P&L and proactively identify marketing opportunities. Develop and execute annual operating and marketing plans aligned with brand strategies. Implement consumer-inspired marketing plans across traditional media, digital, and retail channels. Leverage digital trends, tools, and technology to resonate with consumers online. Analyze consumer data, market share, and sales reports to monitor brand performance and ROI. Participate in customer business planning and collaborate with Sales Strategy and Channel Development teams. Work with Strategy & Innovation teams to ensure brand consistency. Coordinate with Shopper Marketing for in-field activities. Contribute to portfolio strategies including pack, pricing, trade promotions, and distribution. Set ambitious goals, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to external changes. Provide coaching and support to junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred 7+ years of marketing/brand management experience Expertise in brand development, innovation, and creative processes Proven success in marketing plan execution Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with digital marketing strategies Decisiveness and adaptability in performance management Leadership and mentoring experience Benefits Includes health coverage, savings accounts, income protection, education support, and relocation assistance.
