Senior Trial Attorney
Our client is a well-established law firm (20 attorneys) based in Garden City, Long Island and has an immediate need for a talented Senior Trial Attorney to join their team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 10 years experience as a Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury lawyer that can take a case from intake to trial. Plaintiff experience is ideal, but we would consider a defense attorney eager to join a plaintiff firm. The position is based in Garden City. They are looking to pay a base of $275,000 - $300,000, depending on experience. In this role, you can also receive additional compensation/percentages through an incentive structure based on performance. They have a more aggressive percentage plan if you bring in any of your own cases. Each attorney has their own paralegal and a caseload of around 60 cases.
