Cybersecurity Manager, Identity Access Management Cybersecurity Manager, Identity Access Management This range is provided by Glocomms. Base pay range $165,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Cybersecurity Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead our client's IAM program. This role requires a strong people leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage IAM operations, drive identity governance, and partner across HR, IT, GRC, and Cybersecurity teams. You'll oversee identity lifecycle management, privileged access, and vendor access while mentoring a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment. Requirements 8+ years in Information Security, with 5+ years in IAM leadership roles, specifically spearheading programs and solutions Proven experience managing IAM operations, including user provisioning, access reviews, PAM, and SSO Strong leadership and team development skills, including setting SMART goals and managing performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD) Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001) Ability to manage SLAs, vendor relationships, and report on IAM metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and incident response Strategic planning and budget management experience Comfortable in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite) This is a hybrid role (3 days per week onsite) out of the client's Omaha, NE office.
