LHH is recruiting for a commercial real estate division of a large national private equity firm specializing in both equity and real estate debt investments. We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Senior Associate to join its team in Dallas. You will help manage the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, closing, and ongoing management of a variety of financing transactions, including credit facilities, loan-on-loan, loan syndications, and securitizations. The team is a strong blend of seasoned professionals with a history of excellence! Responsibilities: Interact with existing and potential financing counterparties and proactively manage tasks such as soliciting financing quotes, drafting and negotiating term sheets, legal documentation, closing, and ongoing management of financings. Source financing quotes for financing executions, loan syndications, credit facility pledging, by managing outreach to banks and other financing counterparties. Negotiate financing terms and transactions. Close transactions by drafting term sheets and Confirmation Statements, and providing diligence materials to financing counterparties. Develop deep knowledge of the US loan financing markets and support the capital markets team in developing and executing financing strategies for loan originations pipeline. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related business field. 4+ years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, or related fields. Experience in mortgage/mezzanine balance sheet, loan syndications, credit facilities, CMBS, or loan pool financings is a plus. Seniority level
