You’ll support impactful water and infrastructure projects, focusing on treatment plants, pipelines, and site development. With flexible-hybrid office locations across Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio. About the Role Develop detailed design and construction drawings using Civil 3D for treatment plants, pipeline layouts, and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with client specifications, codes, and internal design standards. Manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously, while ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Provide mentorship to junior drafters and contribute to design reviews and quality assurance efforts. Support diverse projects beyond water/wastewater based on firmwide needs, offering variety in work and learning opportunities. What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in engineering, drafting, or related field (desirable but not essential). 6+ years of experience in civil drafting and design using Civil 3D. Experience with water/wastewater plant and pipeline projects is strongly preferred.
