Senior Civil Roadway Engineer / Team Leader
HARDESTY & HANOVER - Boston, MA We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Roadway Engineer/Team Leader in our Boston, MA, office. H&H is a full-service infrastructure engineering firm with more than 135 years of experience steeped in solving complex engineering challenges. Consulting firms, contractors, and infrastructure owners count on us when innovative design and intricate engineering solutions are needed. Responsibilities: Establish a Highway/Roadway Design presence in the Boston office. Contribute to the growth and capabilities of the office. Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering; PE License. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of related experience. PE in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one within one year). Excellent communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work well in cooperative, team environments. Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
