Senior Project Manager

with a strong foundation in structural or architectural design and a proven track record managing high-rise building projects. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical oversight with project leadership. About the Firm With over 25 years in the industry, this firm has built a reputation for delivering integrated engineering and architectural solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Their team includes licensed engineers, architects, and construction professionals who collaborate on everything from faade restoration to full-scale structural assessments. Responsibilities Lead structural and architectural projects from assessment through construction. Manage the production of drawings, reports, specifications, and project manuals. Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed condition assessments. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Oversee construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits. Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client expectations. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in structural or architectural project management. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience with high-rise buildings, including restoration or new construction. Strong technical writing and communication skills. Familiarity with construction documents, specifications, and code compliance. PE or RA license
