Gain an understanding of each Customer’s strategy, objectives & current challenges. Create success plans that outline a clear, measurable path to achieving each customer’s desired results. Internal voice of the customer : collect and channel feedback to our Product team to ensure customer needs are met. Deliver
customer advocacy
in the form of case studies, webinars and references. Proactively identify & manage churn risk, as well as upsell & cross-sell opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operation, Product, and Support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success. Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilise data analytics to assess customer health and proactively focus on adoption gaps to ensure these are addressed as quickly and effectively as possible. Quickly get to grips with the Customer Health Score, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Provide regular reports and insights to internal teams and customers. We are looking for someone who has: With the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across the organisation. You are proficient with data analytics tools, preferably previous experience with Tableau as well as google tools, spreadsheets, and data visualizations. Capability to develop, review and guide quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist with decision-making issues. Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. The capability to balance multiple priorities and work streams at once. The eagerness to learn quickly to jump in and help solve problems. Experience/Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or similar Ideally, 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, consulting, sales, business development, or other growth-focused roles Physical Requirements:
Office work. Movement ability to frequent usage of wrists, hands and finger dexterity to movements such as constant typing. Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
