Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Visa Acceptance Solutions Finance team supporting our disputes products, including Verifi, Visa Resolve Online, and other Post Purchase products. The Finance team uses a consultative model with key stakeholders in the business to apply data to business and finance decisions, as well as measure performance. As a finance business partner, this person will cultivate operational partnerships to drive strategic and financial thought leadership and successfully complete the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with Verifi and Visa business partners to develop comprehensive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly updates, and business plans for both revenue and expenseCreate financial reports and assist with monitoring and analyzing monthly and quarterly performance to planUnderstand variances to plan and revise models and estimates to incorporate changesAcquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues of the businessDevelop and support TAM/SAM/SOM revenue modelingDesign and adapt product revenue models involving large data setsUtilize, automate and improve existing applications and be intimately involved with migration of Verifi systems into Visa systems for planning and reportingBuild and deploy tools that assist in establishing, tracking, analyzing, and communicating company KPIsDrive efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes, and reporting requirementsWork with limited direction and supervision, usually within a complex and changing environment to meet project deadlinesCommunicate proactively with all levels of managementThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDBachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting preferred. CPA, MBA, CFA, or MS a plus4+ years of relevant experience with FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, and/or accountingAdvanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion , and strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, and TM1Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large datasetsOutstanding analytical and quantitative skills, ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analysesAbility to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management and produce time sensitive deliverablesAttention to detail, accuracy, and organization are extremely criticalHigh degree of independence and exceptional work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing prioritiesStrong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financialsBe eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the futureAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
