The role requires strategic thinking, senior stakeholder management, instructional design, creative thinking, and a strong appetite to understand the business. Responsibilities include collaborating on needs analysis, building learning journeys, facilitating learning events, and traveling 3-4 times a year. Candidates should have 8+ years of L&D experience in a global tech/scale-up environment, experience in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, impact measurement, and partnering with senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes a growth mindset, flexibility, change management, and fostering continuous learning. The position is office-based in Amsterdam, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York with no remote-only option.
