This is a rare opportunity to shape global IP litigation strategy in a cutting-edge, science-driven environment. What You'll Do: Lead global patent litigation strategy and manage a team of attorneys. Oversee complex IP litigation, including Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA biosimilar matters. Advise senior leadership on litigation risks and strategies. Manage external counsel and litigation budgets. What You Bring: 12+ years of litigation experience, including deep expertise in managing complex life sciences patent litigation. JD and U.S. bar admission in good standing. BPCIA biosimilars experience, ideally both in court and at the PTAB Demonstrated success managing complex litigation portfolios. Experience in team and litigation management. Experience working in or advising global teams and navigating matrixed environments. Preferred:

Undergraduate degree or advanced degree in biology or chemistry. Seniority level
