Senior Accounting Analyst – Core Responsibilities

• Lead SOX compliance reporting efforts and help strengthen internal controls
• Manage reconciliations and accruals related to AP and inventory
• Own purchase order and material expense tracking
• Maintain and improve AP dashboards and 3-way match processes
• Partner with Procurement and Logistics to ensure accurate, timely vendor payments
• Conduct inventory analysis by vendor, part, and product
• Analyze manufacturing controllable expenses
• Assist in revenue forecasting, especially around percentage-of-completion projects
• Contribute to process improvement and system implementation initiatives

Senior Accounting Analyst – Requirements

• 4+ years accounting foundation with eye for process design
• Bachelor’s Accounting OR Finance + experience in manufacturing, distribution, or public accounting/audit
• Expertise in accounts payable operations and ERP systems
• Proactive, analytical mindset
• Eagerness to wear multiple hats and contribute to a fast-paced, growing company
