Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations Industry: Entertainment Location: Burbank, CA Duration: 4+ Months Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop a cohesive FY26 strategy focused on prioritization and cross-brand impact.
• Partner with Strategic Growth leads to guide marketing strategy evolution, maintain an aligned priorities calendar across brands, and clarify expectations for support and messaging.
• Work closely with channel owners to synthesize tactical performance insights, recommend optimizations, and present findings to leadership.
• Support the development of integrated marketing narratives in collaboration with CMI, Analytics, and Marketing Science teams.
• Align campaign briefing processes across brands and streamline operational workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media planning, business operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in tools such as Airtable or similar planning platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
