We are looking for someone who is biased towards action and can use data to craft strategy and solutions to join our team. You’ll analyze internal and external data to help identify and quantify the potential of new certified pre-own (CPO)/Monetization channels and segments, forecast sales, and provide decision support to expand our current CPO/Monetization customer base. Responsibilities include: Driving new CPO/Monetization demand channels and segments with data-driven insights
Forecast Demand for existing and new channels and segments
Create a strategy to drive supply from organic inflow, repair inflow and strategic acquisition inflow to meet demand forecast
Evaluating and testing various alternative approaches and recommending the path forward.
Performing advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.
Supporting the CPO/Monetization team with decisions related to new concepts based on data analytics.
Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.
What we’re looking for... You believe that proven data should be behind every important decision. You are a numbers person but you also have a strategic approach. You bring both a business perspective and an understanding of the marketplace—and not just theory and numbers. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. People trust you based upon your thoughtful and detailed analyses. You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Device Forecasting, Product management or technical consulting experience.
Behavior/predictive analysis and/or data analytics development experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, and Engineering.
Master’s degree in a quantitative field. Ideally, an MBA.
Reverse/Forward Supply Chain Planning/Operations
Product development or analytics experience in the technology sector.

For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $98,500.00 - $188,000.00.
