We seek a
Crisis Management and Business Continuity Technical Advisor
to join our Corporate Emergency Management & Continuity Division within the Planning & Technical Support Department. The organization ensures business resilience, crisis management, and incident response to protect Saudi Aramco’s interests and minimize disruptions. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on business continuity and crisis management. Develop and maintain policies, strategies, and plans. Assess proposals and capabilities, identify areas for improvement. Design, implement, and test crisis management programs. Conduct site reviews and develop company-wide compliance programs. Develop reports and presentations for management. Guide and mentor team members. Manage data within the eGRC system. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, fire protection, safety, business management, emergency management, or related fields. An advanced degree is preferred. Professional certification in Crisis Management and/or Business Continuity (e.g., CBCP). Over 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role, preferably in oil and gas. Knowledge of ISO standards and enterprise governance systems. Strong digital skills and ability to handle crisis situations. Working Environment
