The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities include employee onboarding, compliance, employee relations, HR reporting, and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Scope
The Senior HR Generalist will generally support one division within Renuity, with potential slight variations depending on division size and complexity.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with HRBP and central HR Ops teams on employee and process issues.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all requirements are met.
- Assist in addressing employee questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain HR compliance and reporting, including audits, labor law adherence, and data reporting.
- Manage employee paperwork, workers' compensation claims, vendor audits, and employee status changes.
- Conduct minor employee relations investigations and exit interviews, sharing insights with HRBP.
- Coordinate employee experience initiatives and events to promote a positive culture.
What You'll Bring
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
