Location Z SUPPLY Headquarters - Costa Mesa, CA
Work Type Hybrid Position, 3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote
Position Duties / Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, including slicing, linking, scheduling, QA, and deployment. Guide email segmentation, targeting, and lead nurture strategies, while closely collaborating on the broader personalization strategy and its execution. Manage and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns and flow emails, ensuring timely, relevant messaging across the customer journey. Partner with CRO & Digital Marketing manager on loyalty and personalization email/sms strategy & execution. Partner with the Senior Merchandise Manager on strategic planning, ensuring alignment with merchandising and promotional priorities. Partner with cross-functional teams including buying, merchandising and marketing to align on product email/sms content and copywriting. Manage and communicate all email/SMS updates and changes across teams. Lead roadmap & manage A/B testing & other initiatives to optimize performance and improve KPIs. Ensure flawless execution, testing, and optimization of campaigns to maximize engagement and revenue. Work closely with the design team to alleviate workload by handling email slicing and linking. Analyze performance data, perform creative/copy/CRO/segmentation tests and share insights to optimize future campaigns. Stay up to date on industry best practices, deliverability trends, and new technologies to enhance our email and SMS programs.
Qualifications / Experience / Required Skills / Competencies
5+ years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing in eCommerce, preferably in apparel. Strong technical and operational skills in email/SMS platforms (preferably Klaviyo, or similar). Experience with HTML/CSS for basic email slicing and troubleshooting. A keen eye for QA and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution. Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
