JR286 . JR286 is seeking a driven Product Line Manager II to join our team in Torrance, California or Beaverton, Oregon. As a Product Line Manager II for Nike Running, Training and ACG performance, you will serve as the consumer product expert for your key categories. Your responsibilities include translating consumer insights into product strategies, managing product lifecycle, analyzing markets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and margin goals. What You’ll Do: Become the global expert in your assigned category, understanding markets, consumers, competition, and retail landscape. Drive product strategy with 1-3 year plans based on market analysis, business drivers, and competitive landscape. Create seasonal product briefs defining positioning, pricing, attributes, and regional relevance. Develop innovation projects through advanced development and design briefs. Analyze market segmentation to offer relevant products meeting revenue and margin goals. Manage product calendar timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Conduct ongoing research to identify trends and consumer needs. Present to key stakeholders, including management and customers. Develop marketing materials and training tools to boost product awareness and sales. Forecast product assortment for 24 months, collaborating with finance, sales, and operations. Provide regular reports on business performance and opportunities. Other duties as assigned. What to Bring: 6+ years of consumer, product brand marketing experience, preferably in sporting goods or similar fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Understanding of product lifecycle management and global market landscape. Ability to work in a results-driven, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Office. Additionally: Ability to travel up to 20%.
