We're seeking a talented Senior Project Manager/Interior Designer to help guide the team to breathe new life into branded hotels, boutique properties, and independent establishments through innovative renovations and conversions.
We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager/Interior Designer to lead the design studio and team plus manage high-profile hospitality projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a passion for hospitality design. The ideal candidate will oversee project teams, ensure seamless design execution, and drive the excellence of interior design, budget, and schedule management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design studio, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee multiple hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, design vision, and budget constraints.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams, guiding them through all phases of design and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Uphold the highest standards of design excellence and brand consistency across all projects.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, proactively addressing any challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and sustainability best practices.
- Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and networking.
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in interior design or a related field.
- Proven work experience, minimum 10 years, in hospitality interior design, including management, design, and project management experience.
- A portfolio of previous work.
- Expertise in managing complex, high-end hospitality projects from concept through construction.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant design software.
- In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
