Job Title: Senior RPG Developer Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) Employment Type: Direct Hire ** MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE Compensation: Up to $115K base + profit sharing + performance bonus We’re partnering with a stable, growth-focused organization in Tulsa, OK to hire a Senior RPG Developer . This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance a critical policy administration system, combining new development with ongoing system maintenance in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do: Maintain and develop RPG applications with DB2 in an IBM iSeries environment Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality code Participate in design reviews, unit testing, and code validation Provide input on system improvements and coding best practices Support an on-call rotation and contribute to month-end maintenance Required Skills & Experience: Senior-level experience in RPG programming Strong knowledge of RPG DB2 Familiarity with Aldon or other change management systems SQL experience is a plus Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams Comfortable in a hybrid work model and fast-paced development environment Nice to Have: Experience with Profound Logic, ServiceNow, or IBM Rational Developer Background in insurance or financial systems Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Apply: Competitive salary up to $115K Bonus potential through profit sharing and performance-based variable pay Hybrid schedule with flexibility (in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays) Relocation assistance available Strong benefits package starting day one If you're a seasoned RPG developer looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team and real impact, we’d love to connect.
