Senior Technical Architect

with deep expertise in

Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity)

and a proven track record of leading large-scale

CRM transformation

initiatives within the

Telecom/Communications

industry. This role involves defining and leading end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Vlocity implementations, aligned with enterprise business strategies and digital transformation objectives. Key Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture and design of Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) solutions. Lead the implementation of scalable, performant, and secure solutions using OmniStudio, CPQ, EPC, DPA, Vlocity Cards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors. Define architecture blueprints, solution design patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise IT strategy. Engage with stakeholders across Business, Product, and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution. Present architectural strategies and technical roadmaps to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders. Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to define API-first architecture using MuleSoft, Kafka, REST/SOAP. Architect solutions focusing on data integrity, privacy, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and governance standards. Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on OmniStudio, Vlocity CPQ, and EPC best practices. Lead code and architecture reviews, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality delivery. Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices using Copado, Jenkins, Git. Mentor and support global development teams. Work with Salesforce Support and Product teams to resolve escalations and align on product roadmap. Required Qualifications

15+ years in IT, with 6+ years in Salesforce Technical Architecture roles. Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) architecture and components. Strong background in Telecom, Media, or High-Tech industries. Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations with MuleSoft, Kafka, or similar middleware. Understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governor limits, and multi-cloud integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Certifications
