As a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow expertise in Financial Services, you will implement technical solutions for customer engagements, requiring strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to ensure customer success.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engagement management, leading ServiceNow implementation projects within the financial sector, combining project management skills, hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, and stakeholder communication abilities. ServiceNow experience and certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to delivery, aligning with business goals and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee Workflow, HR, Legal, Talent, and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow; certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist are advantageous.
- Awareness of financial services industry compliance and standards.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Manage cross-functional teams, multiple projects, and complex client environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow in financial services.
- Proven success in ServiceNow implementations across relevant industries.
- Understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Experience in pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT transformation programs is a plus.
- Deep industry expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare & life sciences.
- Soft skills include leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
