The team partners closely with stakeholders across the organization — Pega Cloud, product engineering, marketing, human resources, finance, and more — to constantly enhance and scale the applications we build and the services we provid e.
Who You Are
Local to Boston with the ability to travel to Waltham 2-3 times a week Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Deep experience with Node.js, Express and asynchronous programming. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems. Expertise in database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines and related devops tools and best practices. Experience working on Agile scrum teams and participating in Agile activities. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS). Experience or interest in enterprise content management systems, especially Drupal. Experience or interest in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud vendors like AWS, GCS, and Microsoft Azure. Experience or interest in generative AI, large language models and autonomous agents. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Lifelong learner who is always excited about new technologies.
What You've Accomplished
10+ years of experience developing and architecting large scale web applications. 5-7 years of experience with Node.js and other server-side web technologies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
