Your Mission Infinity Ward is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Gameplay Engineer to oversee gameplay development. You will work with our design and content teams to enhance gameplay systems to new heights of AAA fun and visual fidelity. Responsibilities include:
Designing gameplay systems independently
Developing, modifying, and debugging gameplay software in script and C/C++
Deploying, optimizing, and testing gameplay software on PC and console platforms
Collaborating with art, design, audio, QA, and other departments
Proactively identifying issues and fixing bugs
Balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability
Player Profile Requirements:
8+ years of gameplay development experience
At least 1 shipped product as a senior gameplay engineer
Fluency in 3D math related to game programming
Strong design sensibilities and communication skills
Strong knowledge of C++ programming
Pluses:
Experience with AAA FPS control logic
Experience with modern animation techniques
Experience with game physics simulation
Experience with networked game logic
Experience with game AI

Rewards We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, mental health programs, and more. The U.S. base pay range for this role is $101,000 - $186,754 annually, negotiable based on experience and location.
