Scala Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior-level Scala Engineer with a top leading multimedia and creative software company.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, distributed applications using Scala. Implement low-latency, high-performance services for real-time processing. Work with multi-threading and concurrency models to optimize application performance. Design and optimize database solutions for scalability and efficiency. Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows. Leverage orchestration frameworks for workflow management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science. Scala, Akka, Play, ScalaTest Java, SprintBoot Build tools - Maven, Gradle CI/CD, K8S, Argo Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
Compensation: Up to $87.12 per hour.
